last week the newest notch on my journalism belt took shape... www.sauga.ca is the latest endeavour to take up some of my beloved free time, but who minds writing about fashion? not me! not me! cruise on over to check out some of my posts and click on the "about us" page to check out my lame bio...
ok, so that was shameless self-promotion #1...
now for #2: the november issue of FLARE is the first i have not seen prior to it hitting the newsstands... having completed a handful of copy before i left my intern position there, i wasn't sure what might make the cut for this month's hype section... i was pleasantly surprised to see my byline as i cracked open my complimentary copies today... sure, my art gallery blurb is on the tiny side and my other work is uncredited, but it still got me smilin'... and this time my name appears under the contributors in the masthead!!
hmm... a song comes to mind right now... "you're so vain... i'll bet you think this song is about you... don't you... don't you"
