celeb spottings of the week:
esthero @ aritzia on bloor st.
jon gallant (bassist for billy talent) @ cock and pheasant *bar of self-employment
a sweet double dose of canadian content...
the boys of billy talent seem to really love our little watering hole in streetsville... aaron solowoniuk (drummer) was in a few weeks ago...
right now, after a crazy night of work, i'm more than ready to pass out outside in the summer sun/heat... tonight calls for fun: dins in t.o. at molano's and then on to fez batik to celebrate my dear friend aunonna's passage into her 22nd year of life... maybe once i get dolled up some energy will come over my lifeless body...
side note: chit-chatted with the bureau chief of billboard canada the other day at work... after some intelligent convo and a little name dropping from him (including the likes of david bowie, whom his wife is tight with) and a little from me (specifically concerning my friend's recently signed band illScarlett - check them out on sanctuary records this august!) he tossed me his direct number to keep in touch and to call when i'm out of school... way to hook a sista up!!!

the saying may go that "actions speak louder than words," but in my opinion words actually shout decibels above any move one could make... so expressive, interpretive and intense... all you need to find is a method to your madness to avoid rambling nonsense...
