alright, so let me get this straight... katie holmes is gettin' it on with tom cruise?!?! what happened to dawson and pacey?? or even the literature loving, brooding hunk of a man named eddie for that matter?!?! who didn't love eddie?? remember when she hooked up with pacey again after a stint as his secretary, only to have eddie show up to the bar to rekindle their romance gone awry... ok, i'm off topic...
so he was great in top gun and jerry maguire did make me cry two consecutive times in the theatre, but c'mon!! the man is a father figure for you hun, not a boy-toy... age may be nothing but a number, however, does anyone else find it strange that this steamy love affair of theirs was not even a rumour before it was confirmed... and wasn't it just so utterly hollywood-convenient that the day this twisted twosome hit the gossip mags, is the same day they smooched it up hard-core on a red carpet in rome!?!? cruise, get a woman your own height... little joey potter not only bares a striking resemblance to you, but also towers above you in flats for goodness sake... further more, could the media please stop encouraging these horrid couples by dubbing them as one entity (read: "tomkat" the quick way to reference this romantic disaster)...
could it be a publicity stunt? rebound from the ken doll-ish chris klein? or maybe cruise realized that he needs to move his scientology in on the younger generation... whatever the case may be, the bottom line is that it's just icky to see them suck face... and it will only result in another annoying, drawn out, over-emotional outburst from dawson leary...
