i sit down to write this at 10:48 with only an hour and a bit to go until i'm technically finished this 12 day cleanse... i know, this isn't anything groundbreaking... it's not the most difficult cleanse in the world... and it's not like i'm the first person to ever tackle this challenge and win, but it does feel pretty great to know that i have...
i'd be lying if i didn't admit that only moments ago i was trying to convince gabe to take me to mcdonald's at the stroke of midnight for a mcflurry... it's safe to say that my willpower is slowly diminishing as the goal becomes closer to being reached... it's not normal for someone to care about what they eat this much -- this is the one thing i'm most looking forward to ditching... not everything we eat is bad for us... in moderation, anything is quite nutritious and delicious... well, maybe not nutritious all the time...
tomorrow -- besides indulging in a calorie-rich breakfast that will include flour, sugar and dairy -- i plan to begin to implement some of this newfound diet into my daily eating regime... after all, it would be a waste to complete erase all the affects i've benefited from in this journey... then in six months, i'll wild rose cleanse again.
twelve down... none to go.
