apparently, we're horrible people... well, not all of us, but those that find great pleasure in clubbing seals aren't too popular with the "in" crowd these days... weird, eh?

first sir paul mccartney and his wife made a visit to our fine country, posing out and about with the cute little white ones... then brigitte bardot shed some tears and the citizen got a nice sombre photo op out of it... and the latest you ask? well, it's none other than mr. morrissey... he doesn't like this seal business and he's not afraid to show it... in fact, he hates it so much he's steering clear of our animal-hating country on his latest tour...

as the seal cull gets underway and over 300,000 cute critters face death, the celebs are coming out in full force... not to say it's right, but the cull has been happening for decades... so why now the sudden stardom interest? did they run out of ideas for rubber bracelets already? and most importantly, where's bono? oh right, probably busy saving the rest of the world...
